In addressing integrity, my own view of professional integrity has highly been influenced by my family, as I learned from a young age from my parents to treat others as you want to be treated and to do the right thing without malice for anyone. I've always been a person who follows rules and procedures to the best of my ability.

Integrity to me means that an individual value lies in a trust-wordy behavior where others can rely on without reservations and the assurance that the right thing will be done within an honest and transparent environment. As a professional in higher education, integrity is the most important asset a person can have. Whether it’s writing a paper, conducting research, or connecting with others, my integrity is intact. I have learned a lot in this program and this class has enlightened me about the huge role that integrity plays, the weight, seriousness, and responsibility involved when it comes to reading, writing, and researching.
